Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unwashed and unworn socks in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached to maintain eligibility.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
